Edible Bridal Shower Favors

Buying gifts for a bridal shower is something the future bride should think about ahead of time if she wants to find something suitable to surprise all her guests with.

Of all the choices you have  and there are plenty  you could do well to pick something that is food related. Everyone likes a tasteful (and tasty!) gift, and edible treats are always well received at any occasion.

You have two main choices here if you are going to go with this theme. You can either choose something that is intended to be enjoyed after a meal if you are adventskalender für verliebte going to go to a restaurant to enjoy your bridal shower, or you can give your guests something to take away with them and enjoy at a later date.

For example, personalized candy jars are wonderful to dip into after dessert, providing a sweet end to a lovely occasion. They will also provide a reminder of the event itself, as it will be commemorated on the lid of the jar. Personalized candy bars are another good bet, particularly as they are so well priced that you could treat each guest to more than one if you wish!

A play on words is evident in a set of two cookie cutters in an attractive box, with the words 'a perfect pair' on the front! This is a nice reminder of the delights of the wedding that is still to come, and also a perfect and very usable gift to give as a bridal shower favor.

You can also give other items that are intended to be used with food at some later date. For example, why not buy a number of small honey pots and dippers for your guests to use at breakfast the next day?

If something out of the ordinary appeals to you but you would still like to keep the food theme going, why not give your guests something that smells like chocolate but is designed to be put in the bath instead? That might sound unlikely but it is perfectly possible if you buy sachets of chocolate smelling bath salts for your guests to enjoy.

As you can see there are plenty of wonderful ideas to choose from; in fact there are so many that you might be undecided as to which one to get. In that case, why not simply buy one of each item and wrap them in favor boxes so you can create a kind of lucky dip on the night? This can be great fun  as every guest arrives you can be there to greet them and give them their pick of the boxes. After the meal itself they can find out what you bought them. That will certainly give them something to think about during the evening!

In short there are plenty of ways to surprise your guests with a well chosen party favor. Edible favors are always a hit, and whatever type you choose you wont fail to please.
